Appendices 3Y – Change of Director’s Interest Notice

The Appendices 3Y lodged today provide the Change of Director’s Interest Notice for SEEK directors Andrew Bassat, Colin Carter and Graham Goldsmith notifying the cancellation of Zhaopin Limited America Depositary Shares as part of the merger detailed in SEEK’s announcement on 7 April 2017.

The Appendices 3Y were not lodged within 5 business days of the change of the directors’ interests due to an administrative oversight. The Company has reviewed and amended its processes to improve the timeliness of its disclosures. The Company believes that its revised processes will be sufficient to meet the requirements of the applicable Listing Rules and ensure that an oversight of this nature will not occur in future.
