Enclosed are the following notices:

Appendix 3Y - Change in Director's Interest Notice from Paul Bassat, Andrew Bassat and James Packer.

Andrew Bassat and Paul Bassat have each sold 2 million shares in SEEK Ltd, out of a total shareholding of approximately 14.7m shares for each of them. This represents approximately 13.6% of the shares that they each hold in SEEK. The sale is solely for reasons of personal asset allocation. Andrew and Paul Bassat do not currently have any intention of selling further shares in SEEK and are long term committed shareholders in the company. The decision by PBL to purchase these 4 million shares and a further 3 million shares in SEEK reflects PBL's long term commitment and support of the business.

	A deemed relevant interest is held by James Packer as a result of controlling 258,782,250 ordinary shares in PBL (38.2%), which now holds 76,968,490 (27.17%) shares in SEEK through PBL's subsidiary, Windfyr Pty Ltd.
