Update on IDP Education Limited IPO Process

SEEK currently expects the marketing phase for the IDP Education Limited (“IDP Education”) IPO to commence in the coming weeks, with completion of the IPO expected before the end of CY15 (subject to market conditions).

A disclosure document for the IPO has not yet been lodged, and will be made available if and when the offer is actually made. Those wishing to acquire shares in IDP Education should read the disclosure document (when available) and complete the accompanying application form. A further announcement will be made with information including how to obtain a copy of the disclosure document, if one is lodged, at the appropriate time.

Consistent with previous commentary, SEEK’s current intention is to sell a significant portion of its ownership in IDP Education with the final sell-down level to be determined in due course.
