Update on JobStreet Transaction

The Competition Commission Singapore (“CCS”) has advised that it is further investigating the competitive impact of the JobStreet transaction in Singapore and entering into a Phase 2 review.

Both SEEK and JobStreet are working in co-operation with the CCS and we will announce the outcome of the Phase 2 review upon the CCS’s decision.

JobStreet is proceeding with their planned EGM on 14 May to seek shareholder approval for the transaction. Subject to the timing and outcome of the CCS review and subject to the fulfilment of all conditions precedent, the transaction is expected to be completed by the third quarter of 2014 (previously advised completion date of Q4 FY14).
