SEEK’s capital raising - notification of record date

SEEK Limited ( SEEK ) is pleased to announce that those eligible shareholders in Australia and New Zealand who appear on SEEK’s register at 7:00pm (AEST) on Monday 27 April 2009 will have the opportunity to participate in the Share Purchase Plan (SPP) and Top-Up Offer, which were referred to in the announcements released to the market on 23 April 2009.

Further details of the SPP and Top-Up Offer, including eligibility criteria, will be provided at a later date.
