SEEK Limited was admitted to the Official List of Australian Stock Exchange Limited today, Monday, 18 April 2005.

Official Quotation of 279,622,980 ordinary shares fully paid will commence today at 11.00 AM E.S.T. Tuesday, 19 April 2005 on a deferred settlement basis.
