Change of Company Secretary

SEEK Limited ( SEEK ) announces that Lynne Jensen has resigned as Company Secretary with effect from 1 July 2021.

Chairman Graham Goldsmith said “ The Board would like to thank Lynne for the valuable contribution she has made to SEEK over the last five and a half years. She has provided the Board and Management with tremendous support during her time at SEEK and we wish her all the best in her future endeavours. She will be greatly missed .”

Rachel Agnew has been appointed Company Secretary, effective 1 July 2021, on an interim basis while SEEK undertakes a search for a permanent replacement for Lynne.

For the purposes of ASX Listing Rule 12.6, Rachel will be the person responsible for communication between the Company and ASX with effect from 1 July 2021.
