SEEK appoints Leigh Jasper to the Board

SEEK is pleased to announce the appointment of Leigh Jasper as a non-executive Director, effective from 1 April 2019.

Leigh is co-founder and CEO of Aconex, the most widely used cloud collaboration platform in the world for construction, infrastructure, and energy and resources projects.

Founded in 2000, Aconex listed on the ASX in 2014 and was subsequently acquired by Oracle in March 2018. As CEO, Leigh led Aconex’s global growth, expanding the business into Asia, North America, South America, the Middle East and Europe. Prior to founding Aconex, Leigh worked at McKinsey & Company where he consulted for clients in the financial services, media and information technology sectors.

Leigh is also a director of the Macfarlane Burnet Institute for Medical Research and Public Health Ltd.

Commenting on the appointment, SEEK Chairman Graham Goldsmith said, “ As a co-founder of a successful global software development business, Leigh has considerable business acumen and vast technology experience.
