SEEK Limited (ASX: SEK) announced today that Company Secretary, Moana Weir, has resigned from the Company effective 21 December 2015.
Chairman Neil Chatfield said “Moana has been a highly valued member of the SEEK team and has provided critical support for SEEK and the Board as the company has expanded significantly over the past five years. On behalf of the Board and the entire SEEK team, I wish her every success for the next stage of her career.”
SEEK also announced today the appointment of Lynne Jensen as its new Company Secretary, effective 22 December 2015.
Lynne has 23 years of international and domestic legal and governance experience, including nine years as a partner in leading commercial law firms. Most recently, Lynne was at Grocon where she held the roles of Group General Counsel and, since July 2012, Company Secretary. Lynne also has over 15 years’ experience working at a number of leading law firms including Corrs Chambers Westgarth and Allens Linklaters.
Lynne holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and Bachelor of Arts from the University of Melbourne and is admitted to practise law in Victoria and Western Australia.
