SEEK CIO DEPARTURE

SEEK Limited (ASX: SEK) today announced the resignation of Chief Information Officer Carey Eaton, effective mid July 2011.

Carey Eaton will return to his home country of Kenya with plans to pursue personal business opportunities. An executive search has already commenced to secure a replacement CIO for SEEK.

SEEK CEO Andrew Bassat commented: ‘I would like to thank Carey for his contribution to SEEK over the past four years, first as Product Director and then as CIO from 2008. Carey’s excellent management of the technology function since 2008 has ensured that it is in great shape and well placed for a smooth transition.”
