ASX RELEASE

August 8th 2005: SEEK (ASX: SEK) today announced the appointment of Mr Peter Everingham as Managing Director of SEEK Learning. Mr Jason Lenga who was previously managing this business in addition to his broader strategic development role within SEEK, has now been appointed to a newly created position, with responsibility for identifying and capitalising on acquisition opportunities.

This strengthening of the management team reflects both the strategic importance of SEEK Learning to the SEEK business and the company's continued aggressive focus on growth.

Mr Everingham has significant management and business development experience. His previous roles include Director of Corporate Development, Australia and South Asia for Yahoo! Inc.
