Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), the AIM listed technology company with a focus on operator monitoring and intervention sensing technologies and services, was informed on 1 December 2015 that on 27 November 2015 FIL Limited (Fidelity International) increased its interest in ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") from 46,841,818 Ordinary Shares to 47,226,818 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.00 per cent. of the Company's total voting rights.
