Trading Update

Seeing Machines Limited (AIM: SEE), is pleased to confirm that it remains on track to deliver full year revenue and profit results in line with market expectations through to 30 June 2013.

In addition, the Company is pleased to announce that it has signed a contract with BHP Billiton to begin a 15 vehicle trial of its Driver Safety System (DSS) fatigue and distraction monitoring solution at BHP Billiton's Mt Arthur Coal mine in New South Wales, Australia. Seeing Machines' DSS technology will undergo a 90-day evaluation period valued at over AU$300,000 starting at the end of June 2013.

The trial follows recent news that Seeing Machines has signed a strategic, multi-phase agreement with Caterpillar Global Mining LLC., the world's leading manufacturer of mining equipment, for the initial supply and support of DSS technology through the global Cat® Dealer network.
