Seeing Machines Limited (AIM:SEE) was informed on 23 September 2013 that, following a trade on 23 September 2013, Volvo Group Venture Capital AB no longer holds a notifiable interest in the Company.

The Company was also informed on 23 September that, on that day, Michael Roberts, a non-executive director of the Company, purchased 1,265,926 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 3.75p per share. Mr. Roberts now holds 15,687,376 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 3.12% of the total voting rights in the Company.
