SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEN), the global media and technology platform that delivers Key Video Moments to drive Video Commerce and transform its clients' video profitability, announces that it was informed on the 4 April 2025 that Paul Hodges has, following an acquisition of shares, an interest of 4,200,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"), equivalent to 3.44 per cent. of the current issued Ordinary Shares and voting rights of the Company.
