Delay in publication of Annual Accounts
Temporary suspension from trading on AIM
SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEN), announces that the Company's annual report and accounts for the year ended 31 December 2023 (the "Accounts") have not been finalised by the 30 June 2024 deadline, as stipulated under Rule 19 of the AIM Rules for Companies.
The audit work is nearing completion. The Company expects for the Accounts to be published on or before 5 July 2024.
The delay to the publication of the Accounts means that trading in the Company's ordinary shares on AIM will be temporarily suspended with effect from 7.30 a.m. today, 1 July 2024, pending publication of the Accounts. Suspension from trading is expected to be lifted with the publication of the Accounts.
