Change of Auditor and Results Date

Entertainment AI plc (EAI: AIM), a leading technology and media platform company focused on transforming video content and e-commerce through micro-targeting, announces that it has appointed Crowe LLP ("Crowe") as auditor to the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2019, in place of Haysmacintyre LLP ("Haymacintyre").

Crowe acted as the reporting accountant on the Company's admission to AIM, which provides Crowe with greater familiarity over the Group's structure and tax position. Haysmacintyre had represented Blockchain Worldwide plc with whom EAI merged. Haysmacintyre has confirmed that there are no reasons or matters which they consider should be brought to the attention of the Company.

The Company additionally confirms that further to its announcement of 21 January 2020, in which the Company announced the change of accounting reference date to make it a calendar year reporting company, the Company expects to publish its 2019 annual results before 30 June 2020. Because of the Group's Admission to AIM in October of 2019, these results will include figures for three months of the Company only (when the Company had no operations but Blockchain operated) and three months of the enlarged Group.

The first report of EAI will be the six-month interim financials to be released prior to 30 September.
