PDMR Dealing
The Company announces that on 7 May 2021 Dr Patrick DeSouza, Chairman of the Company, for personal estate and tax planning purposes, transferred 5,426,165 ordinary shares of 12 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") for nil consideration to a related trust, of which his immediate family are the sole beneficiaries. Dr DeSouza is the trustee of the trust.
Following this transfer his beneficial interest in the Company remains unchanged. The following notifications, made in accordance with the requirements of the EU Market Abuse Regulation, give further detail on the transfer.
