Admission of First Fundraise Shares

and

Total Voting Rights

Further to the Company's announcement on 31 May 2024, SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEN), the media and technology platform that delivers Key Video Moments to drive increased views and revenues across video content, announces that the admission of the 6,000,004 First Fundraise Shares to trading on AIM became effective at 8.00 a.m. this morning.

The Company's issued ordinary share capital now consists of 99,345,819 Ordinary Shares with one voting right per Ordinary Share. The Company does not hold any Ordinary Shares in treasury. Therefore, the total number of Ordinary Shares and voting rights in the Company is 99,345,819. This figure may be used by shareholders in the Company as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the share capital of the Company p ursuant to the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
