SEEEN plc (AIM: SEEEN), the global media and video technology platform for improved digital marketing yield and connected audience experiences, today announces that Mike Kelly, a non-executive director, is stepping down voluntarily from the board of the Company with immediate effect due to increased time commitments at his other pre-existing directorships. The Company will be appointing another independent non-executive director in the near term.
Notice of Trading Update
The Company will release a trading update on Tuesday, 13 April 2021 covering the three months to 31 March 2021.
Dr Patrick DeSouza, Chairman, commented: "We are grateful to Mike for his substantial contribution to SEEEN since its IPO. We look forward to updating the market with our first quarter trading update next week and to execute our growth plan on schedule."
