SEED Innovations Ltd, the AIM-quoted investment company offering exposure to disruptive, high-growth, life sciences and technology ventures typically inaccessible to everyday investors , is pleased to announce it has been informed today that on 28 August 2024, Lance de Jersey, Finance Director at SEED, purchased a further 1,000,000   ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 1.45p per share. Following this purchase Mr de Jersey has a beneficial interest of 1,400,000 shares representing 0.73% of the issued share capital of the Company.
