NOTICE OF 2019 ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING

FastForward, the AIM quoted company focusing on making investments in fast growing and industry leading businesses, is pleased to announce the date of its 2019 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (the "AGM").

The Company announces that the AGM will be held at the Company's registered office of 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey GY1 2PF on 9th October 2019 at 11.00 am (UK time).

The Company has posted to its shareholders the Notice convening the Company's AGM, together with a proxy form for those shareholders unable to attend in person, with the Company's Annual Report and Accounts.

The Notice and proxy forms in relation to the AGM will be available shortly on the Company's website: www.fstfwd.co  Copies can be obtained in hard copy form free of charge, from 11 New Street, St Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2PF.
