Securitas completes the acquisition of Cobelguard, Belgium

The Belgian competition authority has approved Securitas' acquisition of the security services company Cobelguard.

As disclosed on August 5, 2011, Securitas has agreed to acquire Cobelguard, with annual sales of approximately MSEK 535 (MEUR 60) and approximately 1,600 employees. The enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 347 (MEUR 39).

The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas AB as of October 1, 2011.
