Securitas acquires security services company in Romania

Securitas has acquired the security services company Cobra Security in Romania. Enterprise value is estimated to MSEK 29 (MRON 13).

Cobra Security has annual sales of approximately MSEK 39 (MRON 18) and over 1,000 employees. The company has a balanced and diversified customer portfolio. Cobra Security is focused on guarding and monitoring services, and has operations throughout Romania.

With this acquisition, Securitas will strengthen its position in the Romanian security services market.

The acquisition is consolidated in Securitas AB as of December 2, 2010.
