This has reference to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the company in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

All the insiders (connected person, employees, their relatives) are hereby advised to take notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above Code, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company has been closed and the trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of unaudited financial results for quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2019 and audited financial results for quarter and year ending March 31, 2020.
