Sub: Intimation under Regulation 30 of the SEBI Listing Regulations – Appointment of Mr. Suresh Venkatachari as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company

In continuation to the earlier submission made today vide letter Ref: 8K/CHN/2020-21/E035, we would like to further intimate that Mr. Suresh Venkatachari (DIN:00365522), being a non-resident and by considering the current pandemic situation and his inability to travel to India and to comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013, the Board of the Company has proposed to re-designate Mr. Suresh Venkatachari as the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of the Company, subject to the approval of the Board at the ensuing Board meeting to be held on 31st August, 2020.

As already intimated to the exchange on vide letter Ref: 8K/CHN/2020-21/E030 dated 30[th] July, 2020, we have appointed Mr. S Ravichandran (DIN: 02831039), a resident Indian as the Whole Time Director of the Company who is handling the day to day Indian operations.
