Sub: Notice for Closure of Trading Window – NSE-8KMILES Scrip BSE-512161

This has reference to the Company’s Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading as approved and implemented by the company in pursuance of the SEBI (Prohibition Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015.

All the insiders (connected person, employees, their relatives) are hereby advised to take revised notice that in terms of trading restrictions placed under above Code, the Trading Window for the equity shares of the Company has been closed and the trading window will open 48 hours after the announcement of financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

Further to our letter dated July 27, 2020, this closure of the Trading Window is occasioned by reason of the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company, which is scheduled on August 31, 2020 (Monday) inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-Audited Financial Results of the company for the quarter ended June 30, 2020.

Accordingly, all the insiders (including directors and employees) and others who have come into the receipt of any insider information either accidentally or otherwise are hereby directed not to deal in shares of the Company (8K Miles) during the period of closure of Trading Window as stated above.
