Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 - Resignation and Appointment of Company Secretary
Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that Mr. G. Sri Vignesh has resigned from the post of Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from the close of business hours on June 30, 2022.
The Board of Directors of the Company have, pursuant to the recommendations of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, appointed Ms. Roshini Selvakumar (Membership No. A64012) as the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of the Company, with effect from July 01, 2022. Further, she is also designated as the Key Managerial Personnel.
The particulars required under Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015 are given as Annexure.
