- The Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2019.
- The Audited Consolidated Financial Results of the Company and its subsidiaries for the quarter and year ended March 31,2019.
- Any other matter with kind permission of the Chair.
Trading window closure
Pursuant to the provisions of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 as amended, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company's Director/Officers and designated employees has been closed from July 1, 2019 and will open 48 hours after the announcement of 151 Quarter results by the Company to the Stock Exchanges.
