REPORT OF VOTING RESULTS
National Instrument 51-102 – Continuous Disclosure Obligations Section 11.3
The following matter was voted on at the Special Meeting of Shareholders of SECURE Energy Services Inc. (" SECURE ") held on June 15, 2021 by virtual meeting. The matter voted on is described in greater detail in the Joint Management Information Circular concerning the plan of arrangement involving SECURE and Tervita Corporation dated May 6, 2021 (the " Information Circular "), which is available at secure-energy.com.
Share Issuance Resolution An ordinary resolution was passed, the full text of which is set forth in Appendix B to the Information Circular, authorizing and approving the issuance of such number of common shares of SECURE as are required to be issued pursuant to a plan of arrangement under section 193 of the Business Corporations Act (Alberta) involving, among others, Tervita Corporation and SECURE.
