Grant of Awards under the Company's 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan
On 16 April 2024 the Company granted the following awards over ordinary shares under the 2017 Deferred Bonus Plan (the "DBP" or the "Plan") in respect of bonuses earned for the period ended 31 December 2023.

Each award has been granted in the form of an Option with an exercise price per Share equal to the nominal value of a share and, subject to the rules of the Plan will vest:
· on 25 April 2025 as regards one third of the shares subject to it;
· on 24 April 2026 as regards one third of the shares subject to it; and
· on 26 April 2027 as regards one third of the shares subject to it.
In accordance with the terms of the awards, the exercise price payable may be waived before exercise.
