Secure Trust Bank PLC (the "Company") announces that on 16 November 2023 the following individual, a PDMR of the Company, exercised his option over shares under the 2017 Long term Incentive Plan ("LTIP") over a total of 1,675 ordinary shares of 40 pence each ("Ordinary Shares"):
