Secure Trust Bank PLC, announces it was notified on 7 September 2020 that Mr Paul Myers, a PDMR of the Company, purchased 2,000 ordinary shares of 40p each in Secure Trust Bank PLC for a consideration of £6.25 per share.  The shares were purchased via Standard Life SIPP, which Paul Myers is a beneficiary of.
