Changes in Directors' Details

The Board of Secure Trust announces changes to the composition of the Remuneration Committee.

Baroness Neville-Rolfe DBE CMG will be appointed as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 1 March 2021.

From 1 March 2021, the Remuneration Committee will be constituted as follows: Victoria Stewart (Chair), Lord Forsyth, Baroness Neville-Rolfe and Paul Myers.

There are no changes to the membership of any other Board Committee.
