Changes in Directors' Details

Following the appointments of Baroness Neville-Rolfe and Paul Myers as independent Non-Executive Directors of Secure Trust in November 2018 and the coming into effect of the new edition of the Corporate Governance Code in January 2019, the Board of Secure Trust announces changes to the composition of the Audit Nomination and Risk Committees.

Baroness Neville-Rolfe has been appointed as a member of the Audit Committee and the Nomination Committee. Paul Myers has been appointed as a member of the Risk Committee and the Nomination Committee.

Lord Forsyth has stepped down from his position as a member of the Audit Committee. Paul Lynam has stepped down from his position as a member of the Risk Committee.

All the changes are with immediate effect.
