The Board of Secure Trust Bank PLC announces that Sir Henry Angest will step down from his position as a member of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 31 March 2018; and that Andrew Salmon will step down from his position as a member of both the Audit and Remuneration Committees, also with effect from 31 March 2018.
