The Board of Secure Trust Bank PLC announces that Victoria Stewart has been appointed as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee with effect from 21 July 2017.  Sir Henry Angest has stepped down as Chairman of the Remuneration Committee but remains a member of the Remuneration Committee.
