Shareholding Notification

Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property and investment company, notes the following shareholder ownership changes it has been made aware of.

NR Investments Limited ("NRI") has transferred its entire holding of 8,674,802 ordinary shares of €0.01 pence in the Company ("Ordinary Shares"), which it held through Narrowpeak Consultants Limited ("Narrowpeak"), out of Narrowpeak so that it now holds its 8,674,802 Ordinary Shares, representing a 8.37% interest in the Company, directly.

Following this transfer, Narrowpeak now holds 9,710,698 Ordinary Shares, representing a 9.37% interest in the Company.

Lambros Anagnostopoulos, CEO of SPDI, has an indirect interest in Narrowpeak of 7.69%, which equates to an indirect interest in 617,080 ordinary shares of SPDI. Mr Anagnostopoulos also owns 448,092 SPDI ordinary shares in his own name.
