Shareholding Notification

Secure Property Development and Investment Limited, (AIM: SPDI), the South Eastern European focused property and investment company, has been notified of the following shareholder ownership changes.

Narrowpeak Consultants Limited ('Narrowpeak') has transferred its entire holding of 8,504,062 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company (the 'Ordinary Shares'), representing 6.68 per cent. of the issued share capital of SPDI, to the underlying beneficial owners of Narrowpeak.  Following the transfer, Narrowpeak will no longer have a beneficial interest in the share capital of SPDI.

Of the underlying beneficial owners, 5,848,493 Ordinary Shares held by Narrowpeak have been transferred to Badoli Investments Ltd, ('Badoli') a corporate entity in which Lambros Anagnostopoulos, Chief Executive Officer of SPDI, has a majority interest in. Following the transfer, Badoli will have a beneficial interest in 8,603,622 Ordinary Shares representing 6.76 per cent. of the issued share capital of SPDI.  Mr. Lambros Anagnostopoulos holds an additional 448,092 Ordinary Shares in his own name.

A further 1,035,896 Ordinary Shares held by Narrowpeak have been transferred to PM Tsiftis Maritime Trading Ltd, ('PM Tsiftis') a corporate entity of which Mike Beys, Chairman of SPDI, is a director and the UBO.  Following the transfer, PM Tsiftis will have a beneficial interest in 3,580,793 Ordinary Shares representing 2.81 per cent. of the issued share capital of SPDI.  Mr. Beys holds an additional 300,000 Ordinary Shares in the Company in his own name.
