SECURE PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT & INVESTMENT plc (AIM:SPDI), announces that it received notification on 14 October 2013 that Lambros Anagnostopoulos, CEO of the Company, purchased 1,500 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at the price of GBP 0,70 pence per share on 11 October 2013.

As a result of this trade Lambros Anagnostopoulos is now the beneficial shareholder of 25,500 shares representing 0.10% of the shares outstanding of the Company.
