Board Changes

Secure Property Development & Investment PLC, the AIM-quoted South Eastern European focused property and investment company, announces that Mr Paul Ensor is stepping down as Non-Executive Chairman of the Board of SPDI after 11 years in role.  He will remain as a Non-Executive Director with responsibility for setting up an Advisory Counsel to the Board - further announcements on which will be made shortly. 

Assuming the position of Non-Executive Chairman with immediate effect is Mr Michael Beys, who was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director on 5 April 2018.  Additionally, Harin Thacker, current Non-Executive Director of SPDI, has been appointed as Non-Executive Vice Chairman.

Lambros Anagnostopoulos, Chief Executive Officer of SPDI, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Paul Ensor for his dedication to SPDI as Chairman over the last 11 years.  He has been instrumental in the Company's transformation over the years from a Ukraine property development company to a South East Europe focused property company with several properties let out to blue chip tenants, generating significant income.  We look forward to continuing to work with Paul.
