SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment, a South Eastern European focused property and investment company, today announces that, at the Extraordinary General Meeting held on 5 May 2014, all of the resolutions were duly passed. As a result, the Company will now apply for a change of registered name certificate from SPDI-SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment plc to SECURE PROPERTY Development & Investment plc and will update the market in due course with the definitive change of name date.
