The shareholders who attended the annual general meeting represented 81.84% of the company’s share capital. The items on the agenda were approved by a majority of at least 99%. Dr. Karsten Ottenberg, since April 2005 chief executive officer of Giesecke & Devrient GmbH, was elected to the supervisory board. At its meeting following the conclusion of the annual general meeting, the supervisory board of secunet Security Networks AG elected Dr. Ottenberg new chairman of the supervisory board. Dr.-Ing.
