Change in number of shares outstanding in Sectra during June

Asof June 2015, the number of shares in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) totals 37,503,335, of which 2,620,692 are SeriesA shares and 34,882,643 are SeriesB shares. Thismeans that in June, the number of sharesoutstanding increased by 232,318 SeriesB shares.

The change was attributable to a new share issue in connection with the conversion of Sectra convertible debentures 2011/2015 for employees in the Group.
