Change in the number of shares outstanding in Sectra during June
The number of ClassB sharesoutstanding in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) increased 176,039 in June and the total share capital amounted to SEK 37,271,017 million. At June 30, 2014, the number of shareswas 37,271,017, of which 2,620,692 were ClassA and 34,650,325 ClassB.
The change was attributable to employees who converted debentures to shares in Sectra's 2010/2014 convertible debenture program in an amount corresponding to SEK 6.1 million.
