Change in number of shares outstanding in Sectra during October
Asof October 31, 2014, the number of shares in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) totals 37,271,017, of which 2,620,692 are SeriesA and 34,650,325 are SeriesB. This entails that in October the number of sharesoutstanding decreased by 37,271,017, of which 2,620,692 were SeriesA redemption shares and 34,650,325 SeriesB redemption shares.
The change was attributable to Sectra's redemption program 2014 with mandatory redemption, which was resolved at Sectra's Annual General Meeting on September 8, 2014. Through this redemption procedure, SEK 4.50 per share, totaling approximately SEK 167.7 million, were transferred to Sectra's shareholders.
