Change in the number of shares outstanding in Sectra during July
As at July 31, 2013, the number of shares in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) amounts to 74,189,956, of which 5,241,384 are SeriesA and 68,948,572 are SeriesB. This entails an increase of 37,094,987 in the number of sharesoutstanding in July, of which 2,620,692 SeriesA shares and 34,474,286 SeriesB shares.
The change is attributable to the 2:1 split resolution with mandatory redemption, which was resolved at Sectra's Annual General Meeting on June 27, 2013. Through this redemption procedure, SEK 4.50 per share totaling approximately SEK 166 million will be transferred to Sectra's shareholders.
On the record date July 31, 2013, 37,094,978 shares will be automatically withdrawn, of which, 2,620,692 Series A shares and 34,474,286 Series B shares. The number of shares outstanding will thus amount to 37,094,978, of which 2,620,692 Series A shares and 34,474,286 Series B shares.
