Change in number of shares outstanding in Sectra during August
As at August 30, 2013, the number of shares in Sectra AB (STO: SECT B) totals 37,094,978, of which 2,620,692 are SeriesA and 34,474,286 are SeriesB. This entails that in July the number of sharesoutstanding decreased by 37,094,987, of which 2,620,692 were SeriesA redemption shares and 34,474,286 SeriesB redemption shares.
The change was attributable to the 2:1 split resolution with mandatory redemption, which was resolved at Sectra's Annual General Meeting on June 27, 2013. Through this redemption procedure, SEK 4.50 per share, totaling approximately SEK 166 million, will be transferred to Sectra's shareholders.
