New date for Sectra's Year-end Report in June 2015 and the dates for financial reporting 2015/2016
The Board of Directorsof the IT and medical technology company Sectra (STO: SECT B) hasdecided to postpone the publication of the company'sYear-end Report for the 2014/2015 financial year by one day to Wednesday, June 3, 2015 at 8:00 a.m. The Board has also decided on the dates for Sectra's financial reporting for the next financial year.
The reason for the decision to change the date of reporting is that another Swedish medical technology company will publish its year-end report on the date that Sectra had previously scheduled. As a result of Sectra rescheduling its report, investors, analysts and shareholders that monitor the companies will have greater opportunity to attend both companies' presentations.
Presentation of Sectra'sYear-end Report
In conjunction with the publication of the Year-end Report, Sectra will be arranging a presentation for investors, analysts and the media. The invitation to the presentation will be issued in May.

- Time: Wednesday, June 3 at 12:00 noon.
