Reference is made to the overseas regulatory announcement dated 22 April 2014 (the “ Announcement ”) and issued by Future Land Development Holdings Limited (the “ Company ”) in relation to the summary of the quarterly report for the three months ended 31 March 2014 of Jiangsu Future Land Co., Ltd. (江蘇新城地產股份有限公司)* (“ Jiangsu Future Land ”), a subsidiary of the Company whose B-shares are listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 900950).
